We were the girls of the 50's. Stoned rock and rollers in the 60's. And more than our names got changed As the 70's slipped on by. Now we're 80's ladies. There ain't been much these ladies ain't tried.

The very first time we met as a group was at The Cheesecake Factory and we all agreed that we should plan different events for the future. And indeed, we are on our way......Come join us. Carole, Gisele, Gloria, Eve, Helen and Annette were the first members.

Where We Have Been
Our very first outing was Lunch @The Cheesecake Factory in May 2021.
Since then we have been to The Heard Museum, The Van Gogh Immersive Exhibit in Scottsdale, The Botanical Gardens, The Phoenix Zoo Lights, The WildLife World Zoo, The MIM (Musical Instrument Museum), New Year's Eve Luncheon, Valentine's Day Luncheon, St. Patricks Day Luncheon and we have gone Country Dancing. We are very active and everyone is having fun. We have bonded with the Harley Davidson Dealership in Peoria and we are their "Official Harley 80's Ladies." Everyone gets a photo taken on a Harley with our friend, Phil. They love when we come in and Phil always says "We Make Their Day." We went to hear "The Sun City Big Band" play and the music was toe tapping and we would have danced but it was held in a church facility. This past summer we went to The "80 for Brady" Movie and we wore football jerseys. and had pom-poms. Needless to say it was A Very Fun Day. St. Patty's Day luncheon was at The Links Neighborhood Grill. We go dining and dancing at Charley's at the Lakes and have seen "Rockin' The Oldies" group and The AZ PlaybacksI there and always have a very fun evening. We also had Lunch @Campbell's Restaurant in Peoria this summer before it got really hot and over the summer we took a break. It was a Long Hot Summer.
We recently went to Postino Central for lunch and then went to the Phoenix Art Museum to see their latest exhibits. We also love to go dancing and so we plan events around that also. We would love to have you join us.
This winter we will go again to The Phoenix Zoo Lights because they make it very festive.
This is the second year in a row where we have collected school supplies for one of the elementary schools in Peoria and this is very rewarding for the school , the kids and The Eighties Ladies. We recently went to The Phoenix Art Museum to see the Barbie Exhibition. Everyone had a great time and we ended up at Durant's for Happy Hour. It was a day well spent. In November we went to Postino's Central for lunch and then we toured the Heard Museum. It was a day well spent. We did not have any events in December, but we have started 2025 with a luncheon at Angele's @The Grand. From there we went to the Camino del sol gallery and it was amazing. Everything at the gallery was for sale and reasonably priced. We went to The Sicilian Butcher Restaurant for Valentine's Day and had a fabulous time.
